I can't really count this as a slow cooker meal because it was leftover from Meal 1!!
When I put the roast away from Meal 1, I poured the leftover gravy over it and stuck it in the fridge. Then for dinner Monday night I heated the leftover roast in the slow cooker on low for about an hour and a half and served it over noodles. Very tasty!
I know, not very original, but it sure tasted good! It would have been good over rice, too, but we are having another rice meal this week so thought I'd stick with noodles.
