Day 1: Guest Blogger Andru Marsh, Tree
Day 1: Guest Blogger Tim Larsen, Tree
Guest Blogger: Carol Simmons, 30 Day Photo Challenge, Day 1
This is not the prettiest tree in our yard, but it is the one that I think will change the most in the fall. I can't remember when it changes colors though. I hope it's before the 30th!

day one: your tree
"i lie on a blanket of grass, surprised by it's beautiful green. after all, it is september 1. due to oklahoma's heat, it is usually brown and sparse. i look up to the sky & see a beautiful maple, extending it's branches up over me. it's cloudy background still allows some light to filter through, although not the streams of sunlight that i so love. quickly snapping a photo of my view, i can't help but wonder how this tree will change when autumn comes rolling in."

30 Day Photo Challenge - Day 1
Day 1: Tree
The idea of today's challenge is to take a picture of the same tree every Sunday for a few weeks. - Just to watch how it changes during this fall month.
We also have a Rose of Sharon that I believe will change much over the month so I added it to my "tree" list.
Last year we planted some mums. Some we planted in flower beds others in pots. One of them has gotten huge and is covered with buds. I thought it would be interesting to watch it during this month, too.
This tree is actually in my neighbors yard.

This almost looks like "Where's Waldo"
only "where's the mum!"
I can't wait to watch this over the month. (please ignore the poor pot in the background that is growing "dead" plants!)
